The EYFS curriculum at Emmaus has been planned carefully for progression in every area of learning and has been based on Development Matters.  The curriculum is continually reviewed by practitioners so it is based on the children's interests. 

The curriculum has a long term curriculum overview, based on high quality texts to promote language, medium term plans and progression documents in each area of learning.

The EYFS team has also worked closely with KS1 and curriculum leads to make sure the EYFS curriculum feeds into the National curriculum areas of learning in Key Stage 1. These documents can be viewed under the bridging documents.
